ADCADC Compass

Timed ADC-style practice

Build a mock test that fits your study session.

Select the number of complete clinical scenarios and set a time limit. The countdown remains visible while you work and the test submits automatically when time ends.

The mock test is an independent educational tool and is not an official ADC examination.

Flexible setup

Choose the length

Use a short test for a busy day or build a longer test to practise sustained concentration across multiple study areas.

After the test

Review the signal

See your answers, accuracy and study-area performance so the next session has a clear purpose.

How to use a mock test

Make timed practice useful

Begin with a realistic setting

Choose a time limit that gives you enough room to read each vignette carefully. Keep notes and interruptions to a minimum.

Do not rush the first reading

Timed practice is still clinical reasoning practice. Read the key history, examination and investigation findings before deciding.

Review the misses

After submission, look for decisions that changed because of a patient-specific detail. Those are more valuable than simply counting your score.
